pub fn new_unchecked(id: usize) -> Self

Creates an unchecked ConnectionId.

Swarm enforces that ConnectionIds are unique and not reused. This constructor does not, hence the unchecked.

It is primarily meant for allowing manual tests of NetworkBehaviours.
