State Table for Control Point/Anchor Point Positioning.

Note: I wasn’t able to find any fonts that actually use ControlPointActions and/or ControlPointCoordinateActions, therefore only AnchorPointActions is supported.

A state table.

anchor_points: AnchorPoints<'a>

Anchor points.
